I help reimagine education to convert potential into performance. Through skill-first learning and practical frameworks, I work with educators and institutions to prepare youth for meaningful work, life, and contribution. I explore diverse domains—from creativity to rural development—to design solutions that matter.

I work as an Education Leader and System Builder, focused on one central question: how can education prepare young people for productive, confident, and meaningful lives—not just degrees?

Over the past 15+ years, I’ve had the privilege of working across Higher education, Skill development, and Institutional transformation. My journey began in the classroom as a Teacher and has evolved, through my own set of reflections, to leading/supporting Skill Universities and higher education institutions in designing learning systems that connect knowledge with real-world capability. I have learned as much from students, educators, and communities as I have contributed.
