Educator & Leadership Development

Been actively involved in haunting young talents from Industry and Academic and grooming them as resoruce and leaders to cater the need of Skill-first Education system to design and deliver for Employability through rigorous and continuous development process.

World Skills

Since 2019, been a strategic mentor to institutions to prepare the students for World Skills competitions. Mentored 300+ students (directly & indirectly) between 2019-2025 in 12+ categories. 15+ medals in India Skills.

Rural Development

Been a part of various initiatives in rural setup (Agriculture, Fish Farming, School Education, Community Practice Improvement to promote new practices of sustainable livelihood and quality education.

School Education

Been a part of the purposeful journey of improving quality education in rural schools with community-led efforts. Learning by Doing as a medium to make learning Joyful and productive.
